SO EXCITED πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸŽˆ!!!! Can't wait! Wishlisted on steam ofc. I LOVE the art and the plot sounds so intriguing. Do we really need hatred to return? Stay tuned to find out!

> Complex lore made accessible: enable translations for Etruscan names and access a rich codex with entries about culture, religion and more;

Yay! Love when games have codexes, I'm that person who'll sit and read everything I can right at the beginning.

Lucius, the crimson-clad soldier

I read this as crimson-CHAD at firstπŸ˜‚

Not crimson Chad!! πŸ˜‚

I have mapped out all the codex entries, there's going to be a ton of them in the demo already ✨ I just need to figure out if I want separate entries for archeological information or just separate sections in a unified entry.

And thank you for wishlisting πŸ˜„βœ¨

Looking forward to this!  Sigh of the Abyss is wonderful.  Fulgor looks intriguing, thus very excited!  Thanks for creating this page so I may add this to my collection and get all your updates :)

Thank you so much ✨

They're different games in terms of scope & length, but I'm pretty sure that if you indeed enjoyed SotA, you'll enjoy fulgor πŸ˜„

OH MY GOODNESS! I am SO excited for this visual novel!! I can't believe it has been more than two years since I first found Sigh of the Abyss: Shadow Bonds! Other than the Our Life series, Sigh of the Abyss is my ALL TIME FAVORITE visual novel series!! On top of that all of the one asset jam games are super great. You put so much effort and thought into every project you seek to create and I have so much faith for this one!

I'm assuming the scope is smaller because of how big Sigh of the Abyss was. In that case, I hope goals and wants for the roadmap of the game are more achievable!

One thing that I am personally hoping for is more...equality(?) between the male and female LI. In Sigh of the Abyss, whether it came to the achievements, amount of CGs or the ratio of LIs themselves, it seemed as though the male interests were favored over the female ones. I'm sure that it wasn't meant to come off that way, and I might be the only one that sees it that way, but as a lesbian that always made me sad. (Hopefully) this game will be different. And at the end of the day, this critique comes from a deep love and admiration of Rascal Devwork's creations.

Those are all of my thoughts for now. Thank you for everything! :)

Sincerely, - Zee <3

As another lesbian I didn't get that from SOTA. I was very happy with the amount of screentime the female LIs had. Honestly I forgot the male LIs existed at times bc I barely saw anyone other than Marane and Sylas. I wondered if the guys were involved in the plot at all πŸ˜…

Maybe it's bc I didn't try the male routes at all (even platonically)? I'm assuming they appear more in the plot if you do.

I'm not necessarily referring to screentime. For example, when I mention "achievements" I'm referring to how the only the male leads had kiss achievements, or that the only LIs you can live happily ever after with (as in be immortal with them and not have to think about your LI dying) are male. I haven't completed the game yet so I can't give specifics about CGs but I'm *pretty sure* Alpheon has the most by a few. And these opinions could change as I play more but those were just my thoughts so far.

Thank you so much for the lovely comment πŸ˜ it makes me really happy to know that Sigh of the Abyss touched you βœ¨

It is indeed a massive game with all its branching; I needed to work on something smaller for a change.

Originally the ratio of female/male LIs in SotA was equal, but Ascanio's stretch goal romance made the balance tip in the men's favor. When it comes to fulgor, both love interests will have an equal amount of illustrations/achievements! The distribution won't be even, however, as Lucius is more front-loaded than Tuchulcha when it comes to illustrations (for spoilery story reasons!); she really shines after the common portion of the story, in her own route πŸ˜„
